How To Bid

We advertise properties every week, on a Wednesday at 12pm.

  • You can see the weekly properties on your Housing Online account, by selecting Actions, then View List of Available Properties.
  • To place a bid for a property, you should select View Details, and review them to ensure you are happy with the information. You can then select Add to Basket.
  • Once you have selected all properties to bid for, select View Basket. You can then check all the properties you have applied for, and once you are happy with this, select the Apply to Bid button. If you are not eligible to apply for a particular property, then you will be advised at this stage.

If you do not select 'Apply to Bid' on the View Basket page, then your bids will not be submitted.
